Tasks & Duties:

• Supplier researching according to the customer inquiries;
• Supplier evaluation (the situation of facility, production capacity, and cooperation attitude etc...);
• Technical specification communication with suppliers and overseas customers;
• Quotation, negotiation, and recommendation of the competitive supplier ( file the quotation , contract, PO etc...);
• Following up the contract & PO, able to find the potential risk and take correct action to protect the company;
• Maintain relationship with suppliers, able to work with supplier to find solution for the quality complain from customer.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree of related majors, such as Mechanical Engineering, Material is preferred;
• At least 5 years of purchasing experience, Mechanical Engineering background is preferred;
• Good knowledge in agricultural/garden machinery manufacturing is preferred;
• Good knowledge is metal processing/plastic injection/electrical & electronic products is highly preferred;
• Knowledge of purchasing procedure and quality management system;
• Skillful in purchasing negotiation;
• Able to work under pressure, cooperative, detail-oriented, teamwork spirit and honesty;
• Willing to travel;
• Skillful in office software, such as WORD, EXCEL and etc.;
• Good in oral and written English.
