Responsibilities:

• Place purchasing / delivering order according to designation and forecast of production and sales
• Follow up the order to ensure timely delivering and reasonable shipment
• Negotiate with service provider and manage cost-effective logistics
• Provide inventory accuracy and timely; available records/data management for compliance audit
• Keep track with supplier home and abroad, control consignment effectively
• Assist management with logistics solutions to meet inside and outside needs
• Take measures to optimize inventory level to reduce storage cost
• Prompt react to customer’s complain about delivering and coordinate with related functions to solution
• File logistic orders and sort them systematically

Requirements:

• College or above education with technical / business background
• Over 3-year logistics experience in electronics manufacturing company
• Outstanding working knowledge of logistics and customer service operation
• Sound process management skills
• Able to work independently under high pressure
• Solid ability to solve complex problem in cross-functional e***ironment
• Good application skills in PC, ERP knowledge is necessary
• Good English communication skill in both written and spoken
