岗位职责:

1. Implements style and range of styles to support specific assortment plans set by PM or DMM.

2. Works with cross functional partners to achieve assortment needs with Designer, Planner, allocator.

3. Responsible for style selection. (Jr. Buyer is a recommender of style selection to Sr. Buyer or PM)

4. Responsible to create orders to support approved styles for assortment plans.

5. Works with approved suppliers to meet assortment needs.

6. Responsible to submit & manage SDS packs with supplier to meet the assortment needs.

7. Responsible to manage OTB commitments within the approved OTB.

8. Responsible for MKD recommendation to clear seasonal and slow moving inventory.

9. Manages cost negotiations and decision of cost prices that meet the quality, commercial and ethical criteria set by the company.

10. Solves the order-related problems and manages timelines of sample development, order placement and garment delivery.

11. Responsible to know and communicate competitive landscape.

Sr. vs. Buyer vs. Junior is a matter of scope, financial responsibility to total company and tenure and experience.

任职资格:

EDUCATION (Level and major):

Bachelor degree or above

EXPERIENCE (years, functional area, breadth and depth of experience):

Minimum 3-4 years in buying & merchandising

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Experience in collection development

Experience in supplier sourcing and management

Experience in domestic marketing

LANGUAGE (language, level of proficiency) :

Good in verbal and written English

COMPUTER AND SOFTWARE APPLICATION:

Familiar with Computer skills
