This is a Buyer -Korean role reporting to the Procurement & Logistics Team Lead in the Business Area - Process Automation located in Xiamen in China.

Your responsibilities

• Checking purchase requisition (PR) from plants, creating purchase order (PO) by following the instruction of standard operating procedures (SOP) and releasing the PO to suppliers. Sending PO related drawing to suppliers.
• Following and maintaining PO's OA and coordinating to get On-time delivery (OTD) from supplier.
• Receiving PO change application from plants, driving suppliers to meet the change request, maintaining SAP and giving feedback to applicants if necessary.
• Non-Conformity Report (NCR) handling, goods-receipt (GR) issue and invoice issue handling. Making the payment in time.
• Finishing reports in agreed timeline. Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Handling all kinds of purchasing mode in an efficient way. Handling complex issues, driving performance improvement of suppliers with low performance independently.
• Regularly communicating with service plants, updating SOP in time as a plant lead.

Your background

• Bachelor of Korean.
• Korean TOPIC-6, CET-4 level and above, good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Fresh graduate or familiar with Korean corporate culture preferred.
• Fluent at SAP/Oracle ERP system skill.
• Good communicator, careful and patient with good customer service mindset.
