Role Objective:

Assist department manger to handle internal routine works, get to learn the whole buying process for future improving.



Key role and responsibilities:

  • Prepare merchandising routine reports in needs, shipping reports/daily sales/weekly sales/monthly sales reports.

  • Prepare buying report ahead of buying trip, and create master order file after buying.

  • Assist Buying Manger to monitor the store to store transfer and consolidation when necessary.

  • Liaison with local Logistic Team for weekly JDA PD allocation, defective return and season end return.

  • JDA price event set up, liaison with inventory team for further event release.

  • Consolidate the product training manuals, translate when necessary.

  • Conduct market research, competitors' price survey.

  • Store visit when necessary.


Knowledge and skills:

  • Bachelor degree is required.

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in retail luxury industry.

  • Fluent in English and Chinese.

  • Good team player and detail-minded.

  • Computer literacy (Microsoft office mastering Excel).

  • Love fashion industry is highly preferred.
