职责描述
1. Support to develop corporate level C&B strategy
2. Review C&B policies and incentive programs and support Director in design process
3. Review and amend salary structures, job evaluations and banding structures
4. Review job hierarchy levels and perform job evaluations
5. Review and support in design benefit programs in partnership with vendors and execute the programs
6. Implement initiatives for associate performance management and provide insights for improvement
7. Develop and execute policies for attendance, leaves and alternative employment arrangements
8. Perform annual compensation activities (bench marking, pay competitiveness and compensation structure review)
9. Work with third party consulting firms for C&B market research
10. Draft communication materials for C&B policies and procedures prepared by direct report and provide feedback
11. Execute facilitation of LTI grant and pay-out
12. Support global C&B initiatives
理想的求职者
1) Numeric and analytically
2) Over 3 years experience in consulting firm or cooperate total rewards team, specialised in Compensation,
3) Experience with comp plan design, incl. salary structure development, incentive design or benefit program design
4) Knowledge and hands-on experience with points factor system (e.g. Mercer IPE, or Hay job evaluation methodology)
5) Bachelor or Master graduate in a related major (e.g. business, Finance/Accounting, statistics, economics, mathematics, actuarial science) from a well-known university (please I do care about the academic background)
6) Open in mind, and a quick learner
7) Down to earth and diligent
8) retail and high tech background is preferred
