Purpose of the Job

• Manage the sub-project and/or project cluster to continuously improve the process and the product quality including the sub projects of process Engineers on C&B
• Process Management in his/her domain including the coordination of process Engineer activities related to CTQ definition, standardization, validation and audit. Lead A-POT activities on his/her domain.
• Build up own expertise on process and product knowledge to support BK group as the technical. Coach and develop the technicians to grow and support technical organization development
• Lead and coordinate the C&B technical team activities. like Technical support and assistance to other Plants on his/hers area of expertise
  

Your Role

• Leads PTT and plant projects.

• Designs and leads (sub) projects, manages progress and reports on results.
• Evidently shows project Management, statistical and Management tools applied successfully.
  

• Transfers technical expertise to junior engineers and Process Technicians

• Evidently takes initiatives To transfer know-how and knowledge To junior Engineers
• Training the junior Engineers on way of working, project Management, analysis tools, and Evidently support junior Engineers To grow
• Evidently shows the capacity to effectively coach team members.
• Process technicians competence evidently improving
• The number of process technicians with competence is developed
  

• Develops implementation plans and closely follows up all aspects of the implementation plans related to processes, equipment and way of working.

• Together with process engineer, reflects on breakthrough processes that may lead to new applications.
• Interprets the results and formulates conclusions and new ideas, taking the impact on other processes into account.
• Reports and discusses the total results with superior and the customers involved.
  

• Establish know-how database

• Designs test set ups and coordinates their construction on pilot or production scale.
• Organizes and coordinates the execution of the total test setup and makes adjustments as necessary.
• Documents everything and ensures transfer of knowledge.
  

• Gives assistance to internal customers and other SC plants.

• Offers technical assistance To different plants.
• Coordinates transfer of info between plants.
• Offers assistance in case of complaints.
• Makes suggestions for process improvements To customers.
  

• Makes proposals for new projects.

• Has developed and introduced effective processes and procedures for production process improvement.
• Has shown clear evidence of innovative ideas and approaches.
• Has developed solutions for balancing cost and quality.
  

Your Profile

• Master degree of engineering, material science, or - Non-graduate degree holder with at least 5 years experience
• Strong inter-personal skills (communication, influencing), 6 sigma training, green beltand, and strong project management skills
• Adequate competence in English. Master degree in relevant engineering
