Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the annual C&B projects including salary review, incentive bonus payout, budgeting, salary surveys & benchmarking, etc.
• Support the overall compensation and benefits operations including payroll calculation, retirement schemes, leave management, benefits administration and tax filing
• Provide support for regular reporting, record management and database maintenance
• Assist in C&B policies and procedures review
• Assist in ad hoc HR related projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources/Business Studies or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in sizable company in which specialized in C&B is a must
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
• Detail-minded, strong numerical sense with high accuracy 
• Highly proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel
• Experience in using IPL would be an advantage
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
• 6-months contract, target to start from early Apr
