JOB/ ROLE PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Develops and administers the Compensation and Benefits plans/ programs to ensure they are aligned with business goals and all applicable laws/ regulations. Make advices to manager if there are some discrepancies, as well as keep HR database up to date.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage the employee payroll, insurance and benefit plans.
  • Administrate the entire process for the salary increase, bonus, incentive and related plans/ programs for whole group.
  • Participate in compensation and benefit surveys and analyzes of survey results and recommend changes to maintain objective and competitive position in the marketplace.
  • Prepare and consolidate the annual budget plan.
  • Design and update of related policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with organization needs and comply with government regulations requirements.
  • Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be requested from time to time by the Human Resources Director.
薪 資:
NTD / 年薪 1,050,000

需求條件:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in BA, Labor Relations, HR, Psychology, or related field required.
  • At least 8 years work experience in human resources field with minimum 5 years in the area of compensation & benefit. Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Superior PC skills in MS Office related application, HRIS is preferred
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws.
  • Good command of English.
