About the role

Be part of our exciting journey as we develop and optimize our cutting-edge master data platform. Designed to store and manage essential customer and partner information, it offers a wealth of data on users, accounts, invoicing entities, and ISO-standardized data. Access and manipulate this data effortlessly through our powerful GraphQL-based API.

As we expand our platform, our talented team is also developing backend microservices that serve as core business logic apps, shared across our products. We're seeking a Senior Software Backend Developer to join our Scrum team of skilled professionals. Work alongside four full stack developers, a software quality assurance specialist, and a Product Owner in our modern offices at Vlněna Office Park in Brno.

 

Responsibilities

• Focus on new feature development
• Some code refactoring, maintenance, and support - we innovate, but also keep our existing tools running nicely and up to date.
• Work within the Scrum framework
• Code reviews and knowledge-sharing
• Opportunity to contribute to architectural decisions
• This project requires the ability to work in a dynamic environment and cooperate with other team members who partially work from home

 

Must have

• at least 3 years of commercial experience with C# development, you are familiar with OOP principles and able to write clean, reusable, and maintainable code
• Knowledge of Entity Framework Core; .NET 5+; ASP.NET Core services; Git; XUnit, Distributed systems architecture
• Experience with relational DB like MS SQL
• Experience with Azure Cloud, GraphQL, Docker, K8S, and RabbitMQ is a great advantage
• The ability to be self-motivated and to create new solutions that enhance our ability to provide the best value to our customers is highly appreciated
• At least pre-intermediate English
