The role will be in the Swiss Control Room which is part of the Investment Bank's Swiss Compliance & Operation Risk Control team located in Opfikon. Together with the Control Room colleagues, you will perform Control Room tasks and provide a comprehensive advisory and support service to the Investment Bank (IB)'s Global Banking (GB), Research and Corporate Finance Switzerland (CFCH).

This includes reviewing and guiding the business in ensuring compliance with global and local policies and procedures as well as relevant legal, regulatory and best market practice standards. This will be done in connection with price sensitive information, investment banking and capital markets transactions. In addition, you will assist in developing and implementing new global and regional policies as well as providing necessary training to the business.

The tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Control Room
• Maintenance of Grey List (Watch List) and Restricted List
• Maintenance of UBS staff's Information Barriers
• Wall Crossing
• Research Chaperone

GB, Research and CFCH advisory
• Provide advice to the business
• Conduct training to the business
• Establish and maintain controls to verify adherence to laws, regulations and Internal Policies and Procedures (P&P)
• Maintain P&P in response to regulatory requirements and business changes
• Assist the business in responding to regulatory inquiries, investigations and inspections
