AstraZeneca’s Finance function is continuing its transformation journey with the objective of delivering excellence in financial operations.  Whilst a dedicated Finance transformation programme is under way, the Contract To Cash (“C2C”) team is highly involved to ensure we continue to move in the right direction.  This role operates within a matrix structure with a dual reporting line to the Head of Global Finance Services APAC and C2C Global Process Delivery Director. 

The role of the C2C Team Manager for APAC a critical one within AZ and will work closely with customers, the business and across the Finance function to manage order processing, billing processes, cash & banking and collections in APAC, leading a team of approx. 22 FTEs.

This is a highly visible role that puts you at the heart of driving performance in a growing global company with a seat on both the KL & C2C Leadership Teams.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Lead and manage the KL C2C Shared Service Centre Team (approx. 22 FTEs)
• Set targets and drive performance in APAC region
• With the support from C2C Process Leads, drive standardisation, efficiency and effectiveness in the KL delivery site 
• Ensure timely and accurate service delivery
• Identify improvements and implement change with demonstrable improvements
• Maintain and manage a robust control framework

Essential requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with C2C process expertise, preferably in a global business
• Team player, able to work in a busy environment and adhere to strict deadlines
• Ability to work globally and engage effectively in a matrix structure
• Degree qualified, preferably with related finance qualification
• Ability to identify and resolve issues in a complex system and process landscape
• Deep understanding of SAP

Preferred

• Experience of working with Shared Service Centres and / or Business Process Outsourcing partners
• Excellent spoken and written English and the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
