1、建筑学、室内设计相关专业大专以上学历，工作经验五年以上，有专业（工装）设计公司施工图设计或方案深化经验；

2、根据设计方案了解设计项目的整体内容，带领及安排小组完成全套施工图纸，全面把控施工图每个环节；

3、配合设计总监、主笔设计师完成施工图深化设计（精通CAD，具备较好的设计效果把控能力，能准确将设计师口头、手绘意念、效果图表达体现在CAD图纸上等）；

4、负责项目进度跟进及施工图审核。

5、熟悉施工工艺，施工现场经验丰富，掌握施工图制作规范，熟练掌握各类基础绘图软件，了解材料、机电及预算方面的知识，短期出差现场配合；

6、热爱设计工作，有创新精神，工作积极主动，虚心好学，富有良好的团队合作精神,认真负责、善于自我管理，责任心强；
