Job Description

1.Align customer services and contract administration processes to provide high quality of services to continuously improve CSI (客戶滿意度調查) & DSI (經銷商滿意度調查) result.
2.Continually improve Operations efficiency via automation & digitalization and process simplification & optimization to accommodate with business evolving.
3.Drive optimization of operations processes and IT land scape to maintain high efficiency with lower/reasonable cost.
4.Drive team members to demonstrate top performance via continuous training & development plans.
5.Ensure daily operation fully comply with MBM local & global rules and polices. Support MBM strategy and co-work with senior leadership team to execute strategy in local entity.
