Job Description

An Engineer for EYELEVEL is first and foremost the person in charge of creating technical documentation (production drawings) for our client’s designs. To do this they must be from a technical education, excellent communicators, organized and team players working closely with our account managers, production mangers, roll-out managers and designers. An Engineer is an essential part to the development of any article; they ensure that our client’s designs are technically engineered so they can be produced efficiently, economically and to a level of expected quality.

Engineer Key Responsibilities

? Technical solutions (brainstorm with project team for technical solutions of approved designs)

? Technical documentation (providing production drawings based on agreed solutions)

? Communication (informing team about technical limitations, processes)

? Document management (keeping all technical documents organized)

? Open, Honest and Direct

? Empathetic and social person for daily interaction with many people

? Ability to multi-task many things at once without loosing focus and control

? Perfectionist with a high level of attention to detail

Job Requirements

? Engineering/Design background

? Educated in technical documentation (production drawings)

? Self-motivated, confident team-player capable of high performance and excellent quality

? Organized, efficient, structured in their work ethics

? Passionate for finding the best possible technical solution

? Excellent communication skills for both personal and written interaction

? Able to learn fast specifics about our industry including materials, production processes, retail environments, etc

? Software:

o Excellent level of experience with AutoDesk, Inventor or Solid Works required

o Advanced level of MS Word, Excel

? Languages:

o Chinese �C fluent level

o English �C communicative level required for daily written and verbal communication, technical English required
