As part of the front end team, you will be critical to the future success of Intel's SoC products. Intel's Front-End CAD is a research and development team that develops and delivers solutions (TFMs: Tools, Flows, Methods) for complete front end verification system including functional verification, emulation, coverage methodology and hybrid simulation environments that are critical to enabling SW/HW co-design and accelerate time to market for our SoCs.
As part of this team, you will be developing and supporting CAD software engineering flows, tools and methods, assessing architecture and hardware limitations, planning technical projects in the design and development of CAD software, and defining and selecting new approaches and implementation of CAD software. Frontend-CAD is a highly exciting and challenging environment. We are exposed to a broad scope of mission critical SoC and IP challenges and are looking for qualified engineers with several soft skills including:

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering or related disciplines and 7+ years of experience -OR- a Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering or related disciplines and 5+ years of experience with:
Logic/RTL design using Verilog and System Verilog
ASIC verification tools such as VCS or Xcelium logic simulator
Linux/Unix
Software development: Perl, Python and Shell scripting
Source control management tools Git and Github
Project management skills
Knowledge in MachineLearning
Windows based S/W development environments and tools
Experience with state-of-the art SW architectures
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in UVM and other object oriented verification methodologies
Experience with agile project management processes like Scrum and tools like Jira
Emulation knowhow

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
