Responsibilities:

• Manage system related business requirement, help business find effective solutions

• Step by step end user support, including training, Q&A etc., on a daily basis

• Act as first level support for sap incidents/issues/requests raised by business user

• Document business change request and identify system opportunity for business improvement

• Prepare Business Blue Print for SAP enhancement and manage the related approval process.

• Act as interface/facilitator for the communications between the business and sap support team

• Coordinate and organize the resources for IT project execution

• Follow-up implementation activities during project execution phase

Requirement:

• As ‘must’:

o Bachelor or master in computer science or information management related majors

o Solid knowledge and skills on SAP modules: PP/MM

o >3 years hands-on SAP support experience in ICT department

o >1 full-cycle SAP roll-out projects implementation experience

o Familiar with one of any programming languages, such as C#, Java, Delphi, Python, etc

o Good English communication skills(reading, writing, speaking)

o Rich interpersonal experience in cross-culture business environment

o Team spirit, open mind with good service awareness, good will to learn and change

• As ‘Preferred’:

o Good awareness on other SAP modules: PS/FICO/SD/MM/HR

o Basic skills of ABAP debugging

o Italian language is a plus

o PMP certificated or else equivalent

o ITIL foundation certificated or else equivalent
