1. Work with Sales and Operations team to understand the tender requirements/expectation.

2. Collaborate and provide supports to sales team in prepare typical drawing and layour plan.

3. Prepare any of bill of quantities and strategize product solutions to meet tender’s specifications and requirement.

4. Coordinate with necessary factories/suppliers to specify non standard products if need.

5. Serve as the contact point on design and specifications requests as well as product solutions.

6. To understand the project requirements/expectation, work closely with the sales team to finalize the drawings and proposals.

7. To ensure the drawings and renderings/sketch up are submitted on time.. Provide rendering work to enhance proposal bids.

8. Maintain all drawings and files in the central library.

REQUIREMENTS

2-3 years commercial experience with good computer software knowledge (AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Photoshop, Ai, VR and necessaries)

Willing to work overtime, dedicated, meticulous and a detail personality

Ability to work independently and a team player

Knowledge in rendering, sketch and animation.

Good in English skills
