To supply Tool Design, Tool Estimating and Estimating with Simulation results that are required for each department to operate optimally as well as efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

?Take 3D data and perform a One-Step simulation for a quick manufacturability study.
运用3D数据和一步成形模拟用于快速制造工艺研究。
?Provide reports with thinning and formability results.
提供精化和成形性能结果报告。
?Take 3D data and do a flat out for determining blank size.
运用3D数据，努力确认板料尺寸。
?Take the blank size result and run with Blanknest Software for determining optimal material usage.
运用板料尺寸结果和运用Blanknest 软件来确定最优物料使用。
?Run Multi-Step draw simulations to determine a capable production process
运用多步流程制图模拟来确定有效的生产流程。
?Evaluate part designs for functionality using FEA software.
使用FEA软件来评估零部件设计的功能性。
?Provide results in a presentation format that can be shared with the customer.
使用PPT形式提供结果，来分享给客户。
?Ability to work overtime

岗位要求：Job Requirements:

Education and/or Experience 教育背景/经验
?Bachelor’s Degree from a college or university with auto enineering related majors;
大专及以上学历，汽车相关专业本科学历；
?six (6) to seven (7) years related industry experience.
6~7年相关行业经验。

Skills and Abilities 技能
?Basic capabilities with multiple CAD software to interface and translate all of the data supplied by customers.
具备运用多种CAD软件的基本能力来对接并解析所有客户提供的数据。
?Working knowledge of 3D geometry.
3D几何的工作知识。
?Basic knowledge of stamping process.
具备冲压工艺基础知识。
?Basic knowledge of tooling build processes.
具备模具制造流程的基本知识。
?Good english skill in oral, listening, reading and writing.
良好的英语听说读写能力。
