Facilitate communication between GM and key clients/department;
- Calendar management, such as schedule/call/visitor management, meeting arrangement, data preparation, translation support, etc.;
- Assist to manage team, coordinate teams activities/meetings/training, etc.;
- Other assignments by GM
Skills:
• Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years secretary experience in multinational company
- Adaptable, strong learning ability
- Communication abilities and willing to work with team
- Excellent English
