The postholder will assist the Campus Manager (Building Services) to handle Building Services functions including refurbishment / renovation and alteration works; capital works of Building Services, preparation of tender drawings and tender documents; and supervision of contractors and related administration matters.
Applicants should have:
(a) a recognized professional degree in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering/ Facilities Management, or equivalent;
(b) at least 4 years’ experience in operation and maintenance, improvement, refurbishment / renovation, and alteration of various building services infrastructures and systems;
(c) multiple-skills and knowledge in Building Services / HVAC / Mechanical / Electrical and relevant statutory requirements;
(d) relevant skills and experience on AutoCAD drawing, computer based Engineering Systems would be preferred; and
(e) proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
