Your responsibilities

Directly reports to China CFO. Job targets & decision making: 1.Support China BOD and drive China peformacne management projects proactively 2. Help China CFO/ BU CAR head for accounting discipline and integrity in China region 3. lead and coordinate tk/ tk CN projects for Steering China plants4. Interact with Corporate Security Managemen (HQ Eschen) and supports accordingly Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Support China CFO to organize and coordinate China plants monthly forecasting and yearly budgeting for four OUs2. Drive the monthly business review with main central functions of China as well as each plants and management report to tk CN ,China board, especially for China balance scorecard review 3. Coorperate and lead the monthly sales rolling forecast for each China plants.4. Responsible for performance evaluation and propose performance enhancement initative, deeply engage in business and operation to drive optimization and support others functions for optimization in a proactive way 5. Support CFO for China inter company transfer pricing together with BU transfer price manager6. Continue to drive finance process optimization of China plants and improve finance competence .7. Organize and enhance risk mangement system across China plants .8. Assist CFO for internal control management and audting .9. Lead quarterly review for post calculation of series product of each China plants.10. Bridge accounting/controlling policy between headquarter to China plants to ensue compliance with local statutory reporting requirement and IFRS standard.11.lead and coordinate tk/tk CN projects including but not limited to GSS related projects and risk management etc in Steering China plants12.As contact for Asia/Pacific region regarding respective tasks and activities of BU Steering Corporate Security Management , interact with Corporate Security Managemen (HQ Eschen) and supports accordingly, enable a high awareness lever for all respective plants in regards of relevant security topics 13. Other ad hoc tasks

Your profile

Required Competency & Qualification Education: Master degree or above Language: Good command in English， German is plus Computer Skill: Be good at related office software (MS word, excel, powerpoint) Experience: At least 8 years of working experience in finance function and at least 3-year as plant controller At least 2 yearexperience for controlling 2 or 3 project leader experience is preferred Project experience is must At least 5 years working experience in multinational companies
