YOUR CHALLENGE

• Being deeply involved in the making of a carbon rim, you will have to tackle all challenges to make the project happen smoothly and the production being flawless and efficient
• You will be self-responsible on site in Xiamen (China) to ensure the smooth industrialization and production of new projects
• You will work closely with the RD team in the Taiwan office through daily phone calls. Information exchange with the headquarters in Switzerland will also happen
• Cooperate with the team to point out issues or improvement point. Proactively bring data, analysis, and test results. To demonstrate and then set up
• Even though you will be attached to the RD department, many Quality concepts are necessary, such as continuous improvement, 5S, Quality Assurance, process capability, etc.

YOUR PROFILE

• Good experience in an industrial production environment : 2 years of experience in connection with production/factory at engineer level
• Knowledge in composite material production, especially carbon fiber
• Logical and analytical thinking
• Strong personality, Responsible and involved
• Sense of quality, eager to make things right
• Curious, eager to learn and understand
• Being remote, you will have a lot of “self” qualities : self-organization self-thinking. /self-criticism, etc.
• Proficient Chinese level is a must. Reading and Writing emails In English is requested
