The key accountabilities as follows:

Achieve online business goals of Cross-Border eCommerce EKA & Distribution:

? Assisting CBEC leader, set up EKA & Distribution model to sustainably deliver Y19 sales target, based on healthy financial picture and channel price;

? Manage monthly S&OP process, Demand Planning FCST, work with and fully manage distributors for monthly business delivery;

? Engage key customer (ALI/JD/NETEASE，etc.) to negotiate resources for activity landing;

? Own channel promotion costs and distributor margin to optimize ROI and accretive online P&L;

? Communicate with multiple internal cross functions to for demand planning, daily operation and marketing support.

任职条件

? 3-4 years of eCommerce related experience

• Sales/Trade marketing preferred
• Multinational Company background is a plus

? Strong customer management background/ skill

• Own experience interfacing TMALL/JD/KAOLA/VIP, etc. online business with professionality

? Strong Distributors management background/skill

• Sharp and quick reaction about distributor margin, price, distributor network, etc.
• Strong distributor handling/interfacing

? Quick learning skill about CBEC model and excellent communication skills with ability to endure pressure and work under cross-functional teams;

? Bachelor degree or above, skillful in office software in terms of Excel and PowerPoint;
