Job Description
Scope of work:
Portfolio management and brand building: (35%)
- Souring: Looking after M&B related category (including all categories for pregnancy/baby/kids), keep sourcing the best brands/products from UL overseas and manage the overall portfolio (7-8 brands currently).
- 4P management: Be responsible for 4P (proposition, price, place, promotion), especially the communication localization to fit China E-commerce environment and Chinese shopper insight.
- Brand Building: social content seeding, cooperate with baby vertical on incubate hero brands/products, and manage the total BMI.
E-com shopper marketing for all related CBEC channels (including one Tmall Global FGS and other channels):(40%)
- Manage the ‘Perfect Store Online’ (design and visuals) together with TP.
- Lead customer-based campaign and co-creation including E-c big promotion.
- Lead all in-site paid media strategy/planning and cooperate with TP on daily operation (TBC).
E-com Customer Marketing: (25%)
- Channel Planning: Closely work with sales team to explore channel opportunities for business expansion (B2B2C, distribution, social commerce etc).
- DP, P&L management: Manage demand planning and cooperate with SC to ensure product supply, monthly reflect DP into financial report and while ongoing managing CBEC business achievement.
Requirements to Candidate:
- 3 years Ec trade marketing/shopper marketing or brand marketing experience is must.
- Any experience with M&B category will be strongly preferred.
- Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
- Influent at English writing/reading/speaking/listening (Must).
- Creative and with passion try new things and do something breakthrough.
- With strong responsibility and ownership, with the ability to learn fast.
