Purpose of the Job

Instructs, trains, and facilitates commercial training activities. This includes planning and implementing all commercial training programs and training events related to capability development workshops.

Typical Accountabilities

• Develops training and education to meet the needs identified in commercial training plan including capabilities development
• Works with external vendors in the development of training materials
• Works closely with peer AA Trainers to develop integrated training materials
• Works with CCD Manager and Brand teams to identify and prioritize the training needs for assigned client team
• Assesses the effectiveness of training initiatives in to determine if the stated training objectives have been met

Essential Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical commercial (including healthcare or related industries)
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Good English communication skill
