Job Description

This is a key role in managing all things related to one of the 4 Ps of marketing - Price.

The role resides in the CCG Operations organization, within the Business Management Group (BMG), which manages pricing, supply allocation, and demand and revenue forecasting across client products.

As a CCG Customer Pricing Specialist you will support Intel's and its customers' joint growth goals by creating and deploying competitive pricing strategies to win in the marketplace.

These span from mid-range framework agreements to fast-paced deal/no-deal decisions. You will have authority to make certain pricing decisions and you will lead the recommendations to senior executives on broader pricing requests.

In this role you will interact with the account sales teams within the Sales and Marketing Organization (SMG); with Finance for opportunity and risk sizing; and the broader BMG group for supply/demand analysis and revenue estimations.

To be successful, a candidate must have strong analytical skills to create balanced price offers; solid business acumen to understand the customer's needs; and good communication skills to forge strong partnerships with the sales teams.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Previous pricing experience in customer-facing or field-facing role

  • Strong analytical, statistical, and financial capabilities

  • Business acumen on the PC/Server/IoT ecosystem


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Bachelor of Science degree or a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, finance, administration, engineering or any related field.

  • 5+ years of relevant business experience in either technology business or pricing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Technology

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
