Your responsibilities

Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责 - Lead annual budget, MTP worksheet and Prinnce/SAP KONS input process - Develop a robust, timely and efficient monthly forecasting process,responsible for forecast such as sales,P&L,price reduction forecast etc. - Track monthly action plan status. - Being responsible for general expense analysis, target setting and follow up - In depth analysis for manufacturing cost and co ordinate with PPLS team for production cost reduction - Lead quarterly review for post calculation of series product. - Be responsible for R&D cost report and analysis - Annualy update tarifheft and standard cost in SAP - Ensure HBI /HBII reports be delivered on time with high quality, and coordinate for audit . - Improve internal report and internal control system, integrate the team work systematically and team development plan - Support CFO on China finance report, cost improvement project etc.

Required Competency and Qualification 任职能力及资格 1. Knowledge 知识 Education 学历 本科或以上程度 University degree or above Foreign Language 外语 良好的英语运用能力Good command in Englisn Computer Skill 计算机 熟练运用相关办公软件Be good at related office software (MS word, excel, powerpoint) 2. Experience 经验 Auto or related experience 汽车或相关行业经验 3年以上财务经验At least 3 years of working experience in finance function Management experience 管理经验 2年以上财务控制工作经验At least 2 years experience for controlling Project leader experience 项目管理经验 At least One or two project leader experience is preferred Project member experience 项目参与经验 Project experience is required Intercultural experience 跨文化工作经验 At least 2 years working experience in multinational companies
