We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as CDD and Onboarding Analyst .
Principal responsibilities
- Deliver process improvement and streamlining initiatives.
- Design and develop automation tools to enhance productivity by saving manual process.
- Prepare comprehensive and detailed business reports and provide analytics to support performance monitoring and support senior management's decision making processes.
- Work closely and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project or task is completed based on business requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Advocate and promote the use of data analytics to drive business activity and behavior.
- Manage the client onboarding experience, expectations and communications
- Conduct Customer Due Diligence activities in support of the Financial Crime Investigation
- Comply with the Global Standards and local requirements for onboarding and periodic review
- Deliver high standard of service on customer needs approach and provide input for workflow and operational improvements
- Share best practices with team members on Customer Due Diligence
- Assist the team in implementing Onboarding and Client Due Diligence related projects
Qualifications
Requirements
- University graduate with a degree in business, finance, statistic or a related discipline
- Solid technical skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge in VBA is mandatory
- Good understanding of project delivery methodology, frameworks and best practice
- Expert in managing and interpreting large amount of data with strong numerical sense and strong analytical skill
- Knowledge of commercial banking products and services, or familiar with Global Standards processes in particular Customer Due Diligence procedures would be a plus
- Knowledge of web based programming, Java, JavaScript would be a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Qlikview, SAS, Adobe Experience Manger would be a plus
- Strong team player, collaborative and able to deliver high quality results under tight schedule
- Attention to details, with strong interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills, strong sense of responsibility, self motivated and able to work independently
- Able to organize and handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision
- Proficiency in spoken English and Cantonese, as well as written English and Chinese
