The role:

You will be responsible for the timely and competent analysis of business goals, business systems, objectives and needs of the general business environment. You will also present results of business analyses to senior management and make recommendations and changes to improve and support business systems and activities.

Examples of operational tasks:

You’ll act as 1st Level support for users, creating new RC user accounts for CDSP, onboarding of new products, uploading new prices for existing products and changing/deleting existing products. In addition you will manage the community for CDSP (announcements and similar communications), execute training sessions, maintain documentation, create ad hoc and standard reports and add new currencies to CDSP. There will also be the collection of new requirements and the prioritisation, forwarding and discussing CRs and bugs with Business Analytics and Developer as well as developing budgets, release coordination, strategic planning and quality management.

What will I need to bring:

BA or equivalent in Business or Information Technology coupled with validated experience in Sales or Sales Operations for a software company.

You will need to posses strong technical as well as business process understanding, be a strong problem solver and used to analysing information.
