Support Qualcomm 3G CDMA/WCDMA chipset customers for design-win projects. - Help customers to understand Qualcomm QCamera solution/software/algorithms, deliver the best quality out of Qualcomm camera ISP within the project schedule. - Provide instructions and on-site support for customers to resolve issues quickly in using Qualcomm QCamera solution. - Identify problems reported by customers, report Qualcomm bugs to development team and provide the analysis until the root cause are found and bugs are fixed. - Customer camera project tracking and management

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.
2+ years experience with debugging techniques.
2+ years experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

Be an expert on color science, image processing and quality tuning theories. - Experienced in color processing pipeline and fundamental algorithms used in digital camera industry, such as AWB/AE/AF. - Experienced in various image processing algorithms adopted in digital camera industry, such as color enhancement, noise reduction etc. - Familiar with camera sensor technologies such as CMOS. - Familiar with embedded operating system, software and debugging skills. - Familiar with camera solutions on Android or more phone/pad operating systems such as Windows. - Familiar with C/C++ programming and driver development. - The experience working on Qualcomm platforms is preferred. - The ability to learn quickly with high motivation and work under high pressure. - Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
