1. Handle routine secretarial and administrative works for CEE Team.
2.Sales Order and contract management;
3.Distributor data management;
4.Coordinate with Fin. Department to manage sales expense;
5.Coordinate with sales administration on sales-related data collection, plus other ad hoc sales administration projects.
6.Take on sales and sales administration projects as and when required.
Incumbent Requirements
1.College degree at least 2 years’ FMCG experiences in sales secretarial and administration.
2.Excellent communication and coordination skills.
3. Good computer applications skills .
4.Good personality with a pleasant character and commitment with positive attitude.
5.Open-minded with ongoing drive to accomplish improvements and to surpass standards of excellence.
6.Result-orientated and hold oneself and others accountable for high level of performance.
7.A good team player.
