Job Description:

Business:80%

  • Calendar management, including but not limited to internal and external meetings, setting up board meeting, preparation of meeting materials and taking meeting minutes;
  • Liaison between CEO and each department; assist with the communication and coordination between CEO and different departments;
  • Point of contact between the company and the partners;
  • Help with the communication with clients or customers;
  • Translation of documents and meeting interpretation;

Admin:15%

  • Air tickets and hotel reservation for domestic and international trip of CEO;
  • Explanation of expense reports and payment requests;
  • Preparation of invitation letters, application of work permit;
  • Management of email server;
  • Daily admin work;


HR:5%

  • Review of attendance record and payroll;
  • Recruitment of management team if necessary;


Requirements:

  • English as work language, must be fluent;
  • Full time bachelor degree and above;
  • Over 3 year experience as assistant/secretary;
  • Attention to detail. Be flexible;
  • Strong sense of confidentiality;
  • Experience in modular industry, construction industry, and design company preferred;

  • 日常行政工作;
  • 邮箱服务器的管理;


人事:5%

  • 考勤与工资单的审核;
  • 如有必要,公司高管的招聘;


要求:

  • 熟练运用英文作作为工作语言;
  • 全日制本科及以上学历;
  • 有相关助理/文秘经验至少3年以上;
  • 注重细节, 处事灵活;
  • 有较强的保密意识;
  • 有建筑行业或建材、设计等相关工作经历优先。
