Job Description

Responsibility:

1. Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support to the CEO.

2. Assist and support receiving and sending of CEO emails, organize stakeholder meetings, clarify responsibilities of all parties, clearly deliver CEO requirements, and respond to emails in a timely and accurate manner.

3. Assist in the preparation of business correspondences, presentation materials, proposals, agendas, minutes and reports in detailed-mind approach.

4. Schedule appointments, coordination of meetings, and actively manage the calendars of the CEO.

5. Liaise and co-ordinate with external and internal parties for the Company’s business activities.

6. Check emails daily in order to act/alert if required.

7. Visitor/ telephone screening for the CEO.

8. Gather, communicate, and dispatch information throughout the team.

9. Coordination of internal matters and consolidation of various reports.

10. Perform ad hoc assignments as required, productively managing a substantial workload without sacrificing quality.


Qualification:

1.Master's degree with overseas study experience.

2.Major in English, business administration or international Trade. Other majors can be accepted depending on qualification / profile of candidate.

3.Good time management skill and capability of job prioritization.

4.Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.

5.Positive, high level of initiative and responsible.

6.Able to handle multi-task effectively and independently in a busy working environment and under pressure.

7.Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin.


8.Excellent MS Office skills .
