Candidates should offer:
• Extensive experience in the management of a Cable or allied manufacturing businesses, ideally balanced with both operational and market facing experience & accountabilities;
• Engineering degree, or Commerce Degree and MBA or equivalent qualifications and competence in analysing & interpreting complex financial information and identifying issues/opportunities;
• Hands on Sales and market / product management expertise is essential in the development, manufacturing and sale of wire and cable products or allied markets and sectors;
• Experience in process engineering with regards to right first time and DIFOT;
• Experience in production operations & facilities management; and
• WHS leadership experience within manufacturing & distribution operations
