• Develop and leading the people growth to meet the ROI expectation from the investors
• Familiar with dealers, channels and clinical partners to develop the business growth

Key requirements:

• More than 10 years solid IVD-Industry general management experience
• Familiar with channels, dealers and strong clinical relationship
• Proven tracking record from previous company and helped the company made double digital year on year growth
• Entrepreneurship and adapt changing and start up working environment
• Strong leadership and people management skill
• Relevant education background from biology, medical, related field
