Planning & strategy
Managing Company budget process including preparation and presentation within deadlines with clear linkages to the business unit and Company strategic plan

Business Performance
Evaluating financial aspects such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
Operational and financial reporting

Assortment
Analyze the results of products choice and do proposals for next catalogues with the suppliers partners

Marketing
Overall responsibility for catalogues creation, direct marketing campaigns and database management

Coordinating logistics and fulfillment scheme realization
