Job Description

Requirements:

(1) over 3 years’ working experience in trading company, multinational company.

(2) Be proficient in English, both oral and written(most important)

(3) Be good at Word, Excel, outlook, etc.

(4) Be detail-oriented, well-organized.

(5)With exeprience in plannig, scheduling travel arragement, administration support , some accountting , preparation of expport documents, and contacting with bank, responsible for all office manner.

(6)outgoing person, that can travel during the week, with experience on international trade to be a personal helper of CEO, will organize all the meetings, traveling organization, documents to be presented to clients and banks.

Must be:

  • very organized person
  • Detail oriented
  • Good command of English Both Oral and Written
  • Work well under pressure
  • Experience with with international trading and, Logistics, Documents
  • Excellent Communication skills

(7) Salary: 11,000+company benefits

(5)需要有以下经验:有计划、安排出差、行政、会计、出口文件准备、与银行联系、处理各项办公室事宜。

(6)有国际贸易经验的外派人员,可以在一周内出差,作为首席执行官的私人助手,将组织所有会议、旅行组织、提交给客户和银行的文件。

  • 具有国际贸易、物流和文件方面的经验
