Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Manage President’s appointments and schedules and make travel arrangements to best utilize his time.
2. Help on strategic planning and financial planning; make sure the plans are appropriately implemented; report on the execution of these plans.
3. Responsible for planning and reporting all kinds of projects and activities as assigned from the company.
4. Responsible for the reception of VIPs and business negotiations and the management of public relations.
5. Responsible for the development of day-to-day schedule and prioritization of activities, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
-Report to President
-Frequent contacts with high level executives and department heads
-Frequent contacts with external sources

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
This position would ideally have more than 2 years experience of President’s assistant or administration and office in JV or international company.
1. University Bachelor’s Degree or above (preferably in English or Translation)
2. Experience in working as a translator is preferable
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to protect confidential and proprietary information using utmost discretion. Smart, collaborative, positive, proactive and able to always exercise great judgment
5. High level presentation skills
6. Ability to quickly learn and solve problems
7. Flexible on business trip, domestic and overseas
