Job Description:

1. Familiar with AL WB process and related FMEA;

2. AL WB process & equipment related project management

3. Provide technical support on Al WB new process & equipment & product qualification.

4. Support AL WB related machine performance improvement and troubleshooting

Job Requirements & Key Skills:

1. Familiar with AL wire bond process, equipment and FMEA;

2. Good at problem solving with scientific method.

3. Good at oral, spoken and written English

4. Good at communication and have team work spirit
