My client is a listed company and has strong operation in China, Singapre, Australian, and Europe.

Reporting to the China CEO and functionally to the Group CFO in HQ, you will lead the full finance function of the China operations. You will act as a key member of the China management team defining the group strategy, financing structures and capital flows. You will ensure a robust reporting and controlling framework is in place for the China business at both corporate and project level. You will also work on key treasury issues and tax structures as well as roll-out a new ERP system for project accounting and portfolio management.

To qualify for this role you will be:
A respected finance professional with direct property and investment experience in the China market.
Possess at least 12-15 years finance/accounting experience with recognised qualifications (CPA/ACCA)
Have specific experience in real estate funding, treasury and capital flows.
Posses first class leadership and influencing skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin
