Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statement, budget and report consolidation of all subsidiaries within the Group
• Report accurate financial results to the management and provide insightful financial analysis for decision making
• Manage working capital, cash balances and forecasts, fund investment and ensure the cash liquidity structure is financially healthy
• Manage inter-company borrowings
• Manage bank KYC requirements, exposure to foreign exchange fluctuations, and credit lines/facilities for the Group
• Develop and maintain good relationship with bankers, auditors and investors.
• Develop and maintain group treasury policy

Requirements:

• University degree holder in Accounting or Finance discipline with CPA professional qualifications
• Minimum 15 years’ relevant work experience in listed companies, with big 4 background or audit experience of sizeable company
• Excellent business acumen, analytical and able to work with senior management.
• Hands-on, able to manage multi-tasks and work independently under time pressure
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin preferable
• Occasionally travel to China
• Candidate with less experience can be considered as Deputy CFO
