Your responsibilities: · You will lead the SPL business together with our local CEO and will be fully responsible for P&L of the UK business across a broad range of general and financial management aspects including strategic planning, allocating resources and reviewing the successful implementation of the business plan · You will support the maintaining, developing and diversifying our business scope and customer base to ensure the continuous growth of our business in UK. Defining and delivering together with the CEO both - the vision and the strategic plan for the business. · You know our customers by heart and you work proactively on established and new relationships. You ensure customer satisfaction across all levels to keep Siemens a supplier of choice in the market. · You will oversee the company financial operations to ensure project efficiency, quality, excellent service, safety and cost-efficient management of resources. · You will motivate the team to be at the forefront of the digital era and to restlessly integrate digital elements in our portfolio. · You will set and define finance strategy, policies and guidelines, and govern both the legal and the financial management of the SPL UK legal entity and support the accountable CEO collaboratively. · You are representing SPL internally and externally on all levels and drive negotiations and alignment across all (organizational) levels and entities. · You are an outstanding people manager, continuously fostering the dynamic, collaborative and trustful culture of our company. You act as a coach and mentor and you continuously develop the team to enable them to take SPL UK to the next level. Your qualifications · Bachelor, Master or PhD in business fields · Solid experience in leading cross-functional processes including Accounting, Controlling & Finance based on group and local GAP accounting requirements · Commercial Project Management in both industrial B2B and UK construction environments · Project Management qualification · Experience in managing complex P&L and associated Balance Sheets · Strong ability to lead, coach and develop teams · Strong presentation skills; ability to manage C-level stakeholders Organization: Portfolio Companies Company: Siemens Logistics Limited Experience Level: Experienced Professional Job Type: Full-time
