Our Client is a well-known luxury entertainment group. Reporting to the Group COO, the successful candidate will be in charge of managing the entire operations of the Finance department

Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the whole finance department for the group
• Manage a large team of Staff
• Develop, Plan and Deliver Programs and Service
• Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
• Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in finance, or equivalent education required
• Proficient in Chinese and English.
• At least 10-15 years of relevant experience in leading a large financial team within a large operations and at least 5 years as CFO. 
• Experience in a senior management position.
• Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting.
