The position of CFS Reporting Analyst is responsible for  compiling, interpreting and reconciling operational and statistical data.  The CFS Reporting Analyst will work with CFS leadership team to adhere to business requirements and validate KPIs, SLAs and OLAs, and is also responsible for improving CFS processes and error resolutions for the department.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting, promote consistency and standardization for departmental reporting to include merging data from multiple ERP systems.
• Responsible for continuous improvement activities by developing and implementing efficiencies within the department that will add value to the process. Participate and facilitate lean initiatives such as value stream mapping
• Work with both internal and external customers to identify opportunities and implement solutions for the department
• Interact with leadership team, external customers, business controllers, distributor relations, sales force, customer service and related transactional groups in order to accomplish the tasks
• The ability to resolve complex issues independently and handle the most sensitive issues with both internal and external customers
• To understand and have a strong knowledge of department policies and procedures as they pertain to the job function.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in AR/AP related functions
• Familiarity with ERP system
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills
• Superior customer service skills
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in commercial AR/AP function
• Direct experience with SAP
• Strong Microsoft excel skills
• Experience working in a regional shared service center
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
