CGTN
China Global Television Network, or CGTN, is China’s new international media organization. It was launched by the national broadcaster China Central Television (CCTV) on December 31, 2016. 
By launching CGTN, we want to re-brand our product to the world, to cope with the global trend in media convergence. 
CGTN English is the flagship channel. The strategy, “Mobile first”, aims to fulfill the demands of global viewers and users for easier access to content on different platforms. 
With an international team of professionals from more than 70 countries and regions, CGTN is an investment in the future of news media.

Video Editor
We are seeking a Video Editor with sole responsibility to conceive, design and produce high-quality graphics for CGTN programs at our global headquarters in Beijing.

Key responsibilities:
1.Edit multimedia content combining appropriate text, video, photography, audio and info-graphics
2.Design and implement program graphics that depart from television scenes, incorporating physical and virtual sets and computer-generated graphics.
3.Keep up to date with design and technological development in software and hardware as applied to graphics production.
4.Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at once.

Requirements:
1.Degree in Creative Arts or related field
2.Expertise level of editing programs like Adobe After-Effects, Cinema 4D, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
3.Experienced in editing fashion, lifestyle and culture related videos for TV stations.
4.Solid understanding of the creative development process.
5. Strong design and conceptualization skills.
6.Fluent English speaker, good command of written English
7.Previous working or living experience in China or Asia preferred
