Job Description
  • Manage the Italian restaurant’s kitchen   in the Hotel;
  • Ensure the highest quality of food produced in line with Sofitel standards;
  • Maintain HACCP standards throughout the outlet;
  • Maintain/Monitor manning and food costs in line with the Hotel’s requirements; and
  • Interact with guests and ensure outstanding guest experience and satisfaction.


Work Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in authentic Italian cuisine preferably in a luxury restaurant;
  • Deep and clear understanding of Italian food history, tradition, culture;
  • Able to create, develop & implement new recipes and menus; and
  • Mature, disciplined, committed & a flexible team player with high energy levels
