- •Maintain HACCP standards throughout the outlet;
- •Maintain/Monitor manning and food costs in line with the Hotel’s requirements; and

Work Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in authentic Italian cuisine preferably in a luxury restaurant;
- Deep and clear understanding of Italian food history, tradition, culture;
- Able to create, develop & implement new recipes and menus; and
- Mature, disciplined, committed & a flexible team player with high energy levels
