This exciting role offers opportunity to: Lead deployment of tools and processes of Eaton Business System (EBS) to achieve operational excellence, such as Eaton Lean Six- Sigma (ELSS), CIF, RIE, OpA (Operations assessment) and etc.; Act as interface between Wuxi and Eaton global CI organization to facilitate communication, knowledge sharing, CI strategy& process deployment to promote Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement culture; Coach and train the employees to use Lean and Six Sigma tools; Lead ELSS, Operations Assessment (OpA) and Eaton Business Excellent Assessment process and drive continuous improvement; Train and lead cross-functional continuous improvement teams; focusing on measurable quality, service and cost improvements. Drives the standardization of processes and the implementation of metrics and best practices. Assist in setting annual operational targets and help drive improvements to achieve those targets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and above with major in Mechanical Engineering or related majors; At least 5 years’ experience related with lean activities in JV or foreign company; At least 5 years’ experience related with Operation Work experience in manufacture sites; Familiar with lean manufacturing and have practical experience in deploying lean tools in manufacturing environment.
