Job Description
As the member of the Plant Leadership Team, the CI Manager is going to lead the Continuous Improvement and NPI projects at our Espoo plant, including Manufacturing Technology, Manufacturing Engineering and ELSS functions. Your main responsibilities: Lead CI, projects and manufacturing support function for the plant. Responsible for ELSS at the site, industrialization(NPI) and other projects in the manufacturing, Test and Manufacturing Engineering tester safety, manufacturing technology and methods development and product change management (ECO). Develop and ensure good EHS, material handling and quality ensurance methodologies for manufacturing.
