Job Description
En Eaton (Haina DR) tenemos la vacante CI Technician [2do Turno]. Este rol tiene las siguientes responsabilidades: Asistir Project Leader CI del Campus en la implementación de las Herramientas de mejora continua y la ejecución de proyectos, verificar la correcta implementación de los procedimientos de ELSS/CI, mantener actualizadas las Bases de Datos y elaborar reportes varios. Asistir a los Gerentes Funcionales en la implementación de las herramientas de Lean y los planes de acción resultantes de los Assessments (ELSS, OpA). FUNCIONES ESENCIALES: Actualizar Base de Datos CI (ELSS, CI, OpA) y Generar Reportes Asegurarse de la implementación de las herramientas de ELSS/CI en los diferentes negocios. Soporte a los “Project Leader CI” en los proyectos de Mejora continua Impulsar y asistir en la implementación de eventos de Mejora continua (Kizens) y participar activamente en ellos Dar Soporte en la estandarización de los procesos y procedimientos de ELSS/CI en el campus Soporte en la preparación de Análisis de 8D. Soporte en la implementación y mantenimiento de las herramientas de EQS/ MESH//PROLAUNCH. Mantener actualizados Procedimientos de ELSS/CI del Campus Soporte en los proyectos de Reducción de Costos. Asistir en la implementación del plan de desarrollo de las competencias relacionadas con ELSS/CI Qualifications Requisitos: G07 Estudiante Universitario de la áreas de Ingeniería o Adm. Empresas con un mínimo de 120 créditos aprobados. Conocimientos Básicos de inglés. Conocimientos intermedios de PC: Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook) Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en el área de manufactura y/o posiciones de soporte operativo. G08 Estudiante de último ciclo o nivel de monográfico de Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas.
